I had a lot of fun with this idea as a single shot, and I wanted to expand it slightly into a small sequence. It’s an obvious riff on Indiana Jones and I learned way more than I thought I was going to by picking through that sequence frame by frame. What’s here is first pass spline. My goal was to get to a point where I could just go and polish everything without having any questions left, and I think that’s true now.
I sanity check my sequence with my son, and didn’t stop working on the layout/blocking until he could:
- Tell me what was going on
 - Watch it over and over
 - Laugh
