I’m updating my Session 10 video with the polish I’ve been added for the last week, so check it out below.
I reach points in my work when I feel I can’t possible fix or add anything more. Before AM, this is the point that I’d load it up into my demo reel and call it done. Now though, I take a two hour break, critique and watch other work, check out a film, sketch a little bit and BOOM, what was once looking pretty good in my eyes is now a moulding piece of garbage. Haha..
This assignment I hit those points of being ‘done’ pretty often, so I really had to work and use the strategies above to keep pushing it along. Pretty happy with where it ended up. My poses aren’t very strong very often, so I have to work on that. I do have a good sense of timing and spacing though, so if I can bring my posing up, I should be laughing.
